Design Management

goPLIMS offers a secure team-based global platform to manage the design management functions in a project.

The following integrated modules can help in effectively managing the different design  management functions:​

  1. ActionR ​– for managing all the multi-team tasks and actions, based on each topic
  2. RFI-M​ – for centrally managing all RFI’s with coordination between internal and external teams
  3. PunchM​ – Centrally track and manage all defects, snags and punchlist until satisfactory closure
  4. ChangeM – Centrally track and manage all changes – (Module in development)

Each of the modules can be effectively configured and customised for any type of project that involves collaboration between multiple teams. Multiple workstreams (for each area, function etc.) can be set up with the default template on each of the modules and setup the access to team members individually. With the option for selection of additional fields, each of the modules can be configured for custom workflows to suit wider types of projects. ​
